Waking Life
I had a friend once who told me that the worst mistake you can make is to think you are alive, when you're really asleep in life's waiting room. The trick is to combine your working rational abilities with the infinite possibilities of your dreams. Because if you can do that, you can do anything. Did you ever have a job that you hated? That you worked really hard at? You have a long hard day at work, finally you get to go home, get in bed, close your eyes, and immediately you wake up and realize that the whole day at work had been a dream? It's bad enough that you sell your waking life for minimum wage, but now they get your dreams
for free.
Menuda pelicula ... WAKING LIFE. Como veis a simple vista no es normal. Parece una animación hecha sobre una pelicula ... una cosa to rara.
Y si vamos al contenido de la peli, a parte de q está en ingles, es una paranoia continua. Mucha filosofía e ideas felices en sus dialogos (la peli es casi exclusivamente dialogos). Te hace pensar, a veces demasiado: procesar la imagen (siempre en movimiento), traducir el ingles y pensar en lo que dicen. No es sencillo. Yo no pretendo haber comprendido toda la pelicula. Me la voy a ver otra vez pero esta vez con subtitulos.
